RECEPTION HOURS

Our reception team is available to assist with enquiries, appointments and general support during the following hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Wednesday: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm

Outside these hours, you’re welcome to leave a message or send us an email, and we’ll respond as soon as possible on the next business day.

Please note: If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact 000 or your local Crisis Assessment and Treatment (CATT) Team for immediate assistance.

Emails and phone calls may not always be monitored, particularly outside reception hours.

Public Transport

The office is a 3-minute walk from Newport Station and a 2 minute walk from the bus terminal in Mason Street.

Parking

There is 1 hour on-street parking in Mason Street, AND there is 4 hour parking in Derwent street directly behind our building, and Newport Community Centre and Library. There is also a disability park in front of the park immediately next to us.
